After work drinks just got more fun, Ms Collins has added a tempting teaser to her Friday night after work menu, launching Friday 1 April, 2016.
Ms Collins knows you like to start your weekend with more money in your pocket. You asked, so she delivered. Now serving up $10 Espresso Martinis, $5 Beer / Wine and Chandon Rose NV.
The fun doesn't stop there, she's also getting cheeky with some serious bar treats. Including $5 tempura soft shell crab sliders with prickly ask, Asian slaw, smoked chilli aioli on a brioche bun and $4 Japanese inspired Chicken Kaarage skewers with yuzu mayo and togarashi. New World Kitchen bar and restaurant is headed up by Ms Collins and Chef Hat awarded chef Daniel Wilson (Huxtable).
Ms Collins is also changing her tune with an acoustic live band lead by Tony Kopa from 6:00-8:00pm, every Friday.
