Lake Tinaroo Holiday & Home Park is situated a short 15 minute drive from Atherton, or 1.5 hours from Cairns, on the beautiful Atherton Tableland.
Our Holiday Park has grassed camping sites, Read More...grassed powered sites, grassed powered sites with a concrete slab, budget cabins (bring your own linen to keep costs down), studio units, family units, Poolside Units, Superior Villas and Waterview Villas. All are self contained with their own shower and toilet, air conditioned, front deck and setting.
We also have 2 amenity blocks, with toilets, showers, washing machines and dryers. Activities include a jumping pillow, resort style swimming pool, boat hire (requires licence), 2 seater canoes, single seater kayaks, and pedal kart hire. Totem tennis poles and Grip Ball sets are also available for a $5 refundable bond.
On site is a well stocked General Store with all the supplies you need from toiletries, eggs, bacon, canned food, dog food, snacks, chocolate and a big range of cold drinks. Bait, tackle, fishing reels and lines, fishing permits, daily and weekend papers, magazines for the ladies also.
We are also Pet Friendly. Although pets are not permitted inside the accommodation, they are permitted to sleep and stay on the verandah but make sure you bring up their favourite bed or kennel for their stay to make them feel more at home.
The Lake Tinaroo Cafe is also open and is located to the right of our Reception/Shop.
