This campground can only be accessed by four-wheel-drive vehicles. High clearance, single axle, towable units are only permitted due to the road conditions (dual axle towable units are not allowed).
The campground can cater for up to 70 vehicles.
Picnic tables are provided at some sites and fire rings are present, mainly in group areas. Toilets are provided.
There are generator and non-generator areas within the campground. Light fires only in fireplaces provided. Preferably use your own portable gas or fuel stove.
Collecting wood in the national park is not allowed. Limited wood is provided for cooking. Please do not bring your own in as it can spread weed seed and plant disease that can kill native flora.
Walardi is closed for the Kimberley wet season. The best time to visit is from April to mid-October. The visitor centre is open daily from early April to mid-November, (dependant on seasonal conditions).
Vehicle entry pass applies separately to camping fees. Park passes can be purchased online. There is a 24-hour self-registration station available....
