The Retail Zoo is behind one of Australia’s most loved brands, ‘Boost Juice’ and is run by Boost Juice founder, Janine Allis. Her hands-on approach, passion for the brand and marketing experience helped turn a single Boost Juice in Adelaide into 190 stores Australia wide and over 50 stores internationally, with a group turnover exceeding AUD85,000,000 per annum. And now The Retail Zoo wants to do the same for Salsa’s.

Janine discovered a style of Mexican cooking called Fresh Mex. After one mouthful she was hooked and knew she had found her next big thing. She checked out Fresh Mex sales figures in the US and discovered it was one of the hottest and fastest growing categories of ‘fast casual’ food in the world.

Salsa’s has over 41 stores around Australia with plans to grow to 50 stores over the next two years.
