That the property is relatively close to a highway so some traffic noise from the front rooms.
We are just outside the town's filtered water supply so the water supply comes direct from the river. It's fine and many properties in the Riverland have such water supply. It's not suitable for drinking so we supply boxed, spring water for drinking.
The property isn't completely fenced so if you have young children or pets, please supervise them closely and dogs need to be on a lead when outside.
